PROJECT: Staff Inductions and Recruiting
In a fast growing multi-campus school, Australian Industry Trade College found to difficult to onboard staff consistently with the same personal touch. AITC is well known within education for doing things differently, and as a school that values culture highly, AITC reached out to develop staff recruiting and induction videos that captured the essence of who they are - a school that esteems storytelling, clear internal language and personal interaction.
We were inspired working with a company that not only claims to value organisation culture, but ensures it is interwoven in everything they do.
